itunes weird font issue

Running Windows 10 Pro, fresh install of iTunes 12.7.0.166 and when I am the Browse section wanting to explore music, I click the play button on like Fergie in this example and the following pops up.  Similar happens with any play button I hit.  I'm not sure what normally comes up and what the text should be saying.  I don't have an apple music subscription now but was just wanting to preview some songs.  Thoughts?  Thank you.
