Hi,

You'd better upgrade RAM since your MacBook Pro is using virtual memory swapping more than 2GB which makes slow down the system.

Remove Avira anti virus.   In the first place you did not need it and it seems your system is riddled with it.

As Kazk says, you need more RAM which is easily added; Yosemite is borderline suited with only 4 GB.

The battery may well be contributing in view of its age and the number of cycles registered.   It is down for replacement soon according to the report.

After removal of Avira, do another check, make sure there is no trace of Avira, then publish the report.
