App Library missing… Where did it go?

When I launch itunes there is a drop down menu on the left. The default selection is Music. I would expect that when I select the drop down that I could chose from Music, Movies, TV Shows, Podcasts, and Apps. Apps is missing. How do I get it back so I can use iTunes to manage the apps on my device.

With the release of iTunes 12.7 all app management is now done on the device itself.

OMG! Who thought of that? That's a terrible idea! If your eyes were as bad as mine, arranging, deleting and adding apps on the iPhone would be my fourth choice not my first choice! Plus, I spent a whole hour trying figure out where the heck my Apps in menu went on iTunes!

I really would not prefer to do house cleaning on my iPhone, it was a lot easier doing it on my Mac using iTunes! Things are supposed to be easier not harder!

I'm really disappointed and angry about this news!
