my daily move goals did not transfer to my new ...

Hello,

I recently got my Apple Watch Series 3 with GPS and have been maintaining a daily move goal of over 200 days.  I had properly unpaired my old watch and paired it with my new one, thinking that everything would transfer over.  Sure enough when I restored my new Apple Watch, everything was the same.  However to my dismay, when I got my activity rings closed, it said that it had started a new move goal.  I tried today as well and none of my history from the week before to say I finished a 7 day anything also came about.  Is there a way to restore my history from my old watch to this new one?

Any help would be awesome.

Hi

Historic Health and Activity data - including achievement records - are stored on the paired iPhone, not on Apple Watch.

Some other users have reported experiencing issues with Activity achievement streaks being recognised under watchOS 4.

Steps that have previously resolved such issues under prior versions of watchOS do not appear to help.

I suggest that you submit feedback to Apple (you should not typically expect to receive a reply):

Or contact Apple Support for assistance:

Be sure to explain that the issue has arisen under iOS 11 and watchOS 4.
