I have lost nearly 25 dollars

With the new update, many Warner bros. Games cant Be downoalded because they havent update them to be played on iOS 11, I have sent messages and they do not answer, what can I do?

Very little you can do.   Suppliers are responsible for upgrading their products to meet Apple's system or changes thereof.   I assume that when you say you have written to them, you mean Warners.   As a fact, Apple have been talking to developers for quite some time about 32 bit apps so if they haven't done anything it is not Apple's fault.

If your games use the 32 bit system, iOS11 can no longer run them.
