Memory Issues

I have just installed a new iMac with 3.12 TB Fusion drive, 32M memory

Operating system V 10.12.6

I have transferred files from my old iMac with 3.12 TB Fusion drive.

From About This Mac, storage, The document size is 1.29TB but there is nothing in the document folder.

Can anyone give advice on how to track down where the memory is being taken up?
