Constant Buffering while Streaming iTunes

I'm trying out Apple Music and keep running into issues with buffering while streaming in iTunes. When I try to play a song it might take 5-10 seconds for the song to start playing, then it buffers every 10 seconds for the first half of the song.

 

I have Spotify running in parallel and it's super quick. It's definitely not an issue with bandwidth.

 

Is there something I can do in iTunes or on my PC (Windows 10) to improve this, or am I stuck with sputtering music if I go with Apple Music?
