how to FIX no sound output device installed in ...

Hi,

I  have MBP late 2011 recently i have re-installed windows 10 , from then there is no sound.

there is small speaker icon with red X mark on it down right corner near time. I tried bootcamp 5.1.5640 and 5.1.5621 but no use. earlier i had windows 10 only at that time sound and everything worked  perfectly.  please help me.
