need to recover passwords from Notes Secure app

I have an iphone 7+ 128gb and since the iOs 11 update I am unable to access my passwords in  the  'Notes Secure' app I have no  info on the developer I am wondering if rolling back the phone to the earlier ios is possible ? i can then transfer my data from the app to another more  current storage app
