Have not receive Apple store gift card！！

Hello,

I have purchased an Apple store gift card (not itunes gift card) yesterday, and it should be delivered via my email. But I stiil haven't revceive it yet, and the money had already been charged.

The order state is still 'Order in Progress'.

What am I suppose to do now?
