OS X Utilities screen, new copy of OS X El Capi...

I recently got my dads old macbook pro 2012 and i cleared the “Mac OS SSD” and ive been stuck at the os x utilities screen and theres 4 options and im trying to reinstall os x el capitan and when i use my apple id it says item is not avalible. help

Not sure why you need to install El Capitan, though you could be installing El Capitan with using your father's Apple ID.
