CPU usage at idle after upgrading to iOS 11

I’ve noticed that CPU usage at idle - as reported by app like usage widget - is significantly higher compared to what it used to be before the upgrade to iOS 11. I upgraded a couple of days ago so I guess it should have completed re-indexing and other housekeeping stuff by now... I also continue to experience stuttering all over the place, both in apps as well as in system. For example scrolling in widget screen is a royal pain and constantly causes unintended app invocations.

I wonder if it is going to imrove soon or I will have to wait for bug fix release. Some New iPad features are nice but not at the expense of usability. And did I mention the battery life degradation?

At least I was smart enough to postpone upgrading my iPhone.

Somebody else can can check the idle CPU usage?
