Montserra textedit box opens on startup

Hi forum!

I am recently upgraded to OS X Sierra on a MacBook pro and am now being presented with an open textedit box entitled "montserrat (locked)" every time I startup my system.

It doesn't appear to affect the overall operability of the system but just somewhat annoying to have to always close the textedit window everytime I start or re-start my MacBook. There is a line of different character symbols in the textedit window when I get it popup.

I've ran Malware Bytes and it reports nothing. I then searched and downloaded the Montserra fonts and installed them, but still doesn't seem to eliminate the problem.

I also tried removing some startup programs from the system (randomly) trying to guess if one of them was causing the problem but no success there either. Maybe I've removed programs from the startup that weren't associated with the popup window??? Not really certain.

Anyone else had this problem and possible can provide a fix?

Thanks guys
