I just got an email saying that I just purchased Pandora Premium Plan for 97.99 and don't know how that happened. Any ideas? Appreciate the link to cancel it, but I want to verify if I somehow got signed up and how that happened.

I suspect that is a phishing email and that you are not in fact subscribed. If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
