Dual Display support LG monitor

I have an LG 22MP56 display/monitor.  I connected the monitor to my MacBook via and HDMI cable as I have done before.  But now it does not work at all.  

What happened is I was having issues with my hard drive.  So I purchased a new HD and installed it after putting it into a portable drive case and connecting it to my Mac mini to format and install the system software and copy my data to the new drive.  Then I took the new HD out of the portable case and installed it into my MacBook.  Now when going into the monitor preferences there are no options for dual display. 

Please help!!
