Need Solution about this error code (4SNS/1/400...

Dear Concern

This is Zahidul ****. my macbook pro model 13 inch, early 2011, model number: A1278 Serial number: C1************RJ7. last few days when my device ran on battery, my macbook pro became hang and perform slow. so that i didnt do any task smoothly. but when i used with power adapter, so my macbook pro perform very smoothly and everything is ok and fine. (macbook pro power cycle count: 1011)

after that, recently i performed hardware diagnostic and found error code :  4SNS/1/40000000 YNOR-3 299

 

now want to know what about this error code? and whats the solution to overcome this error code.

please suggest me as soon as possible.
