How do i know if the notification of viruses is...

I was browsing the internet on Google Chrome and this tab just opened with a weird sound.

These notifications are simply never real. (If only because there are no Mac viruses atm.)

(Look at the address bar in the first image: it contains a reference to MacKeeper, a notorious piece of malware that is heavily advertised.)

I wasn't sure because it looks so real, everything seems to be like the original apple website and it even includes a sound.
