about a week ago i was on apple support chat and they resolved the issue saying i would get my money back for an auto paid app that i canceled the subscription too but i was still charged 10.69 and i still haven't received the money and she told me to reach back out if it wasn't there in a few days. 

You would need to reach back out to the same place you reached out to before. This is a user to user technical support forum, so we can't help you here.

This is not the place to reach out to.   We have no access to your account; you need to contact the same place as you received that message from.

 

Refunds can take more than a week; they depend on the banks / financial providers to some degree.
