Apple Watch Series 3 not sending out the messag...

Just received the Series 3 and when you ask Siri to send a message it does fine through the process creating the message and saying it will send it. And then it fails to send the message for like 90 seconds or more.  Very disappointing whether on wi-fi or on it's own.
