Hey,

Something's wrong with my macbook. This started recently after trying the Envelop Max for Live plugin.

To put it simply when I try panning my sound left and right it doesn't pan to the left or right channel, it just reduces the track volume. It does this natively on headphones or from the macbook speakers and when an audio interface (my Apogee Duet) is plugged in.

I tried the same track on my desktop and it was working correctly. Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix this problem with my computer?

Also to explain, when I choose output 1, it goes to both speakers, and when I choose output 2 it goes to both speakers. On my desktop it will only go to the left speaker on output 1 and only the right speaker on output 2.
