Images added to the MacPro Apple Photo App are ...

Images added to the MacPro Apple Photo App are not uploaded to the iCloud Library as viewed from the web (icloud.com). However, images added to Photo App on my iPhone, iPad and/or MacBookPro are added to the iCloud Library.  These images can be seen across all these devices including the MacPro.  iCloud settings for Photos are the same for the MacBookPro and MacPro. I have turned on, turned off, logged off and logged on to iCloud with no change to the issue.  Jerry
