iTunes store is blank

Win 7 Pro x64  iTunes 12.2.6.20 x64

Library, For You, Browse, Radio all OK. Store is blank.

Cleanly uninstalled all Apple components (6 items) including iTunes. Rebooted. Installed iTunes fresh. No Change.

Fiddling with restrictions does not help.

Thoughts any one?  Searching the community only seems to turn up a few old/ancient posts.
