my daughter restored her ipad now it wont run p...

What can we do if touched restore on iPad it keeps saying wrong passcode and we can't take restrictions off 

You have to erase the iPad using one of the three methods in here. There is no way to reset the restrictions passcode.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you are the original owner and purchased the device from a Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller you can contact Apple and have Apple reset the passcode. You may need to go to an Apple Store to do so, I would contact Apple to verify you have what you need and to make an appointment.
