have purchased some iTunes but cannot download

After purchasing a couple of iTunes apps I am unable to download and get the following error message ?  Its my mac and logged in as admin.   I have logged in on iPad and downloaded under family purchases, so suggest a mac issue.  I have shut down and restarted and logged out of iTunes and back in again.  when I do so I get the second error message ..  I am no where near Manchester UK.  I have changed password just incase.  Any clues what is going on here - it looks a bit virus like ??  Thoughts welcome.
