new PC old iPad trying to sync to iTunes via USB

Hi All

I have a new PC with the latest version of iTunes installed on it. I deauthorized the OLD PC and have authorized the NEW PC.

I have an iPad Air that was synced to my old PC.

I have copied all of my iTunes Library from the old PC to the new PC, and have also copied over the backup files from 'C'\User\ .......

This is what I've done so far to get a sync between iPad and PC:

1. made sure that 'auto sync' was turned off in iTunes.

2. attached the iPad to the computer and iTunes via USB and did a MANUAL Backup

3. went into Info to change settings (such as sync Outlook Contacts, Outlook Calendars, etc)

4. When I went to apply the changes I get this popping up:

'The information on the iPad "Barbie's iPad Air"  is synced with another user account. Do you want to sync this iPad with the information from this user account instead?

"Merge Info" merges the information on this iPad with the information from this user account.

"Replace Info" replaces the information on this iPad with the information from this user account.

Cancel     Merge Info        Replace Info

What is this trying to tell me? As far as I know, I only have 1 user account with 1 Apple ID. What User Account exactly is Apple talking about? The PC's User Account? That would be different on the new PC from the old PC.

I also have an iPhone 7 that I haven't yet tried to sync to the new PC.

Any help is most appreciated.
