Buying online by 8 ball pool...?

Hello! I am from KSA....  I cannot buy by this problem since 1 month....

I understand that you're unable to use Mobile Phone billing to make a purchase for 8 Ball Pool. Currently, Mobile Billing is only available to the Zain wireless carrier. I would check out this article and also contact your Carrier: Set up mobile phone billing as your payment method in the iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store

If you have questions about billing limits or if you get a message that your transaction declined, contact your carrier. If your concern is related to purchased content, contact AppleCare.

Mobile phone billing is currently only supported in certain countries or regions and through certain carriers and their partners.
