How to get iOS bookmarks to my Mac...HELP?!

I just did a clean install on my MacBook Pro (macOS Sierra), and my safari "favorite" bookmarks are missing.  They are still on my iPhone (iOS 10) but I cannot get them to sync...any ideas?

I have turned iCloud off, on, rebooted, and etc.  I have done this many times over the years with no issues, then today this happens.

Can I export them from my phone somehow?

Any help would be great!
