Family account

IIn my family with have out own banking  it my husband and I would like to use the family account to share purchases and to be able to track each other - but we would still want to pay for our own purchases with our own bank card!

IS this possible?

IF not what century does Apple live in?

Family Sharing is a new way to bring harmony to your family’s digital life. Up to six people in your family can share purchases from iTunes, iBooks, and the App Store without sharing accounts. Pay for family purchases with the same credit card.

Not impressed though

wwhy credit cards and finding each other and sharing purchases should be mixed up I dont see why!

a chance missed - as a family we can not use this - but now feel robbed!

Never know when that policy may change.

I understand that's what the policy state, but it's a bad policy.  If we can share as a family without have to share an account, we should be able to use our own separate credit cards for purchases.  Apple needs to fix this IMMEDIATEly.
