Printing Problems

MacBook Pro, MacOS 10.12.6

Cannot print emails, pdf, etc.  Print job flows through to the printer, but only prints out the header on my documents, but the text area is left blank.

If you haven't done so already, try resetting the printing system.

Thanks Eric, I completed the reset, but that did not resolve my situation.

Did everything print okay before? Did you update anything recently that might have caused the problem?

 

Have you tried restarting the printer?
