How should I report to Apple that I received a robo-call from the Apple Chestnut store in San Franciso, CA USA whereby an automated message states my iCloud account was breached, and inform them that this is a hack?R

Your account was not hacked. This is what is called a phishing attempt. Had you followed the instructions in the call, the miscreants would have tried to get information from you such as your Apple ID and passcode and perhaps your credit card information. Just hang up on them.

Correct I was looking for that word. They just keep calling and trying to block the number but it seems they managed to hikack the apple chestnut store number
