My credit card got charged 9.99 for downloading...

My credit card got charged 9.99 for downloading music which I don't do, also whast with the 2.99 a month ...for what, at the end of a year it's $35. 88..... if you guys do that to 1000 people, that's 35 k your making.... for what ! I'm a bit upset
