is it possible that my laptop has been hacked?

Suddenly a guest user appeared on my log in when i turned on my laptop. I did not create a guest user log in. I didn't think much of it. my laptop was bought in 2015 and I am the only one who has access to it. I never let anyone use it. today i logged into facebook suddenly an old friend's account's username and password is saved on my laptop. I have not seen this ''friend'' since 2012, because he started being possessive and started stalking me.

When we used to be friends he used to hack into a lot of things. So I'm really worried right now and I am freaking out!

Guest User Account is created automatically by macOS. It has few privileges, to ensure guests don’t have access to your personal data.
