iCloud Photo Library Not Syncing to iPad iOS 11...

Hey there,

I’m currently running the latest iOS 11 beta on my iPad Air 2 and I’m having some major issues with iCloud Photo Library. Photos on my iPad are not syncing to my iPhone 5S (iPhone is not running the beta) and vice versa, even though I’ve checked multiple times that iCloud Photo Library is turned on and all sharing settings enabled. I’ve more than enough storage free with the 50GB plan.

The last photo synced between them was the 8th of August. They both show different counts for the number of photos and videos. My iPhone said it last synced this morning under the iCloud setting menu, but my iPad says nothing except for the photos app where it says it synced this morning, about 12 hours ago.

In terms of troubleshooting, I’ve tried all I know: I’ve turned both devices off and on, hard reset and all; I’ve tried signing in and out of iCloud on both devices; I’ve turned iCloud Photo Library off and on both; and even checked at iCloud.com. In fact checking at iCloud.com shows my photos haves synced from my iPhone (not iPad) but attempting to click on them to see them in anything but thumbnail view comes up with an error. The error states “An error has prevented this application from working properly”, and the details state:

“APPLICATION NAME

photos

TYPE

exception”

I can understand the iOS 11 beta having issues on the iPad, even though on earlier betas I seem to recall it syncing just fine, but this issues seems to have spread to my overall photo library, as evidenced by the iCloud.com errors.

Not sure if there is much anyone can do but any assistance would be appreciated .
