The watch time face is correct,

The sound states an hour earlier on the Minnie Mouse face.

How do I correct this?

The following steps may help:

• Check these settings:
  • On your iPhone, go to: Settings > General > Date & Time > turn on Set Automatically.
  • On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Privacy > Location Services:
    • Check that Location Services is enabled.
    • Check that Apple Watch Faces is set to While Using.

• Restart both your iPhone and your Apple Watch, turning both off together, then restarting your iPhone first:
  • Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
  • Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support
