Update has now stopped me from purchases in App...

Since Update 11.0.2 I am no longer able to approve via finger print recognition or password purchases for I Tunes or App Store. It keeps making create a new password and still doesn’t recognize it. I have powered off many times as well as tried to remove and reload ccredit card information on file but nothing seams to work for the app part. I can unlock my phone with finger print recognition just not app. When I move the slide portion over to allow it just slides back. Help!!! Very frustrated!
