MASSIVE Poor performance Imac

My Imac late 2013 worked fine on heavy motion graphics, video edition, even 3d and design. Never had any trouble, 1 week ago started with really slow boot (40min), after trying almost everything I found on apple support. I backed up and erase and reinstall osx with no luck on performance, then I downgrade to yosemite no luck on performance issues.

Click on Show SMART report in Etrecheck and post it back for us.  Make a backup if you do not already have a recent one, I'm suspecting a bad hard drive judging by the length of time it took to run the report. You might also check the disk in Recovery Mode > Disk Utility > First Aid.
