i was charge double for my purchase

what should i do next. I clicked the report a problem buttom and it direct me to itune website, then nothin came up.

I have recently purchased an in app purchase that was double charged. I reported the issue to apple where I wrote the description of my issue but it basically tells me there no refund available and that's it. I don't even want a refund I just want them to cancel the second purchase, is there someone I can email or do I just call their #
