My iPad 4,3.6 shows error 9

My iPad was working perfectly untill two weeks ago.

After reading some articles I forgot to switch off and after a few days I could see my iPad shows battery drained and even if  charged hours,only a few minutes remain

Now I rectified by just charging and connecting with Itune.The present crucial problem is that the iPad logo only shows and automatically comes to recovery mode and ask to restore.When I tried to restore it shows error9.

I tried the following

1.changed USB cable

2.installed latest itune

3.tried to restore but after all shows error 9

4.I tried with 3 U tools to jail break and flashed

5.My iPad os is 10.33 and it is iPad 4 with retina screen

6.Even tried old version is and upgraded OS

So,my query is that if anybody please advise me what to do other than service.Here there is no service centre
