WD My Book is not visible in the Finder, nor Disk First Aid, but it is visible on either USB hub in System Information. I have tested the cable with another external drive, and the cable is fine. Any ideas?

Hi,

Try the drive on another computer to see if it mounts. If it doesn't, this tells you the HD has issues.
