Unable to use Netflix

I have been using Netflix since some time now. Unfortunately my credit card on file expired and that stopped my Netflix services. Now even though I have changed the Credit Card on file with a new active Credit Card, I am still unable to use Netflix.

 

When I contacted Netflix, I was told its not Netflix issue and was directed to speak with Apple guys...please help.
