iCloud storage full

I already have a 50gb/month storage plan.  Why is my storage full?  Also, I clicked on the link to upgrade my iCloud storage and only a gray box appears.

Please advise.

You could see on icloud.com how the space is usaged.

If you want you can take a screenshot and you will attach here.

If you want you could see space used on iPhone/iPad in Settings.
