I buy Ipad 2 with iCloud.. how i can unlock that??

Hey community! Yestarday i buy Ipad 2 from phone servise. This guy told me the Ipad is clear but he is not. He have iCloud from last owner. How i can unlock this? Have a nice day :)

Only the person who locked the device - apparently the last owner but one - can unlock it. There is absolutely no way round this - Apple cannot help you. As I assume you have no way of contacting the person who locked it, you will never be able to use the device. If possible you should demand a refund from the person who sold it to you as he has sold you a useless device.
