Does Continuity support Music?

Will it allow me to start playing music on my iPad (listening using the AirPods) then leave the iPad in another room and pick it up on my iPhone? Will it allow me to do the same thing between my iPhone and Apple Watch? For example, would I be able to start playing music on my iPhone while wearing my Apple Watch, and then leave the iPhone in the house and go outside while listening to music wearing the Apple Watch and using the AirPods?
