I can’t access the ‘guide’ ma...

i have been reading a book,from my iBook file,tried to bring up the  Guide for iOS 10 . Nothing will come up, it can’t seem to get out of the book program. In fact since iOS 11 my whole iPad is doing strange things. A big delay for all letters when typing an email,a rearrangement of home page- the apps along the bottom now have doubled, but the originals are still on page. Can’t get the doubles off the band at bottom.

Try this and see if it helps with all of the problems. Force restart the iPad. To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
