IOS11 update crashes my iPAD pro constantly

How do I roll back to IOS 10.3 version?

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?

Well, the iPad is hanging or better totally freezing that pressing sleep and home until it reboots is the only way to recover... my fault for not doing a full backup with iTunes first. Trusted that version 11 isn't a total bust. iPad Pro is more or less unusable when it keeps crashing during Internet browsing or email...

So no.. this doesn't fix it.
