convert my library to streaming

I have a lot of music that I either purchased from iTunes or burned from a CD (years ago)

 

Is there a way for me to convert that library to a streamable format? In other words, how do I find the equivalent Apple streaming option so I can clear up some hard drive space?

You would need to subscribe to either iTunes Match or Apple Music
