Need to Restore Series 1 Watch After Getting Se...

I got a Series 3 watch today, YAY, and got help setting it up in the store. Which was fantastic! The only thing is that when we were setting it up, it never occurred to any of us that by using the "recover from previously stored Apple watch" option that this would name my watch the exact same name as my Series 1 watch. So now, I don't have the ability to delete the data off of my Series 1 Watch through Find My Phone. At least, I don't think I do. I am afraid that if I try it, it's going to delete BOTH watches and I don't want to do that. Any thoughts or suggestions on how I might simply restore the Series 1 Watch and not have to delete everything on my new watch?
