Listening to music on another device

Hey

I've got two cafes, at both of them we use an iPad to play music using Apple Music subscription. We have two separate Apple ID accounts on a family membership. This has worked fine for the last 6 months, but recently both iPads are getting messages saying "you're listening to music on another device" after every song on both devices.

My family membership is up to date and paid for, both iPad are on separate accounts, if logged out and back in on both of them. I've logged into the relevant Apple ID pages and made sure the iPads are connected to the correct account. I'm still getting the listening on another account message despite all this.

One iPad is an air, it is fully up to date. The other is an older 3rd gen so only updated to iOS 9.

Any ideas as to what I can do, I should be able to listen to music at the same time on both of them. Please help
