My problem in the ios 10.3.3 when i want to buy some  free app from the app stor , it require

1-Verification

and then it requires my visa card and the security code although the app its free !!!

Try the following: login to appleid.apple.com in a browser, and enter your payment info. Then go the the app store and purchase a free app. It should not require verification because your data is on file. Wait a day or two, then go back to appleid and change the payment method to None.
