Where are Slidehow Prefernces?

I want to make my Slideshow on my iPAD play full screen, the Answer I've found is

Go to the Keynote menu.

Go to Preferences.

Go to the Slideshow tab.

Check "Scale slides up to fit display."

But I can't find the Keynote Menu with "Preferences" - please where is it?
